Is it safe to travel in Morocco?

Yes. Morocco is generally safe for travelers, including those with mobility limitations. We stay in close contact with our local partners and monitor all routes and accommodations for safety and suitability.

Can I travel alone, or do I need to be in a group?

All standard tours are based on a minimum of 2 travelers sharing a vehicle. Solo travelers are welcome to request a private quote.

Can I customize a tour?

Yes. Custom tours require a non-refundable planning deposit, which is applied toward the final tour cost. Once booked, we’ll coordinate the experience around your needs.

What kind of accessibility support do you offer?

We offer adapted vehicles, accessible accommodations (where available), and pacing tailored to your energy levels. We can also arrange wheelchairs, walkers, or personal helpers by request.

Do I need travel insurance?

Yes. We require all guests to carry travel insurance that includes coverage for medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and repatriation. Proof may be requested.

Can you help in case of emergency or illness during the trip?

Yes. We maintain a vetted list of nearby clinics and emergency contacts along all routes. We’ll assist you in getting care or adjusting the itinerary if needed.

What if I’m traveling with a parent or client as a caretaker?

We regularly work with caretakers, family members, and elder travelers. We can help you plan a journey that feels safe and dignified for everyone involved.

Do I have to explain my disability in detail?

No. We ask only for the practical information needed to make your journey smooth. You are not expected to justify or explain anything beyond logistics.

Are all hotels fully accessible?

We do our best to select accommodations with step-free access and ground-floor rooms. In more remote areas, we’ll inform you in advance of any limitations and propose alternatives.
