Booking & Payment Policy
- A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your tour.
• The remaining balance is due 30 days before the tour begins.
• Payment is securely processed via our online booking system (Rezdy).
• Custom itineraries require a non-refundable planning deposit, applied toward the final cost if booked.
Refund Policy
- Cancel 30+ days before the tour: Full refund minus deposit.
• Cancel 15–29 days before: 50% refund.
• Cancel less than 15 days before: No refund.
• Custom itinerary deposits are non-refundable.
• Group tours: Refund terms are defined in the group agreement.
In Case of Emergency
If illness or emergency prevents travel, we do our best to reschedule or offer a credit—case by case, based on documentation. We recommend travel insurance that includes medical coverage, cancellations, and repatriation.
